About the Role Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Aviation Operations Coordinator to support their flight operations based in Kimberley . This role is crucial for the smooth execution of daily flight schedules, coordinating various aspects of aircraft operations on the ground and in the air. You will liaise with pilots, ground crew, maintenance, and external agencies to ensure all operational requirements are met efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and management of flight schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Coordinate with ground handling services, ensuring timely aircraft turnaround and passenger services.
Liaise with air traffic control, meteorology departments, and other relevant authorities.
Monitor flight progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders regarding any operational changes.
Process and manage flight documentation, permits, and clearances required for operations.
