You will guide project teams in developing and implementing engagement strategies and connecting Indigenous knowledge with consulting capabilities. Your leadership will contribute to CIMA+’s commitment to sustainable development and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and maintain respectful relationships with Indigenous organizations
• Advise on engagement, community needs, and partnerships
• Assist in creating Indigenous Benefits Plans and strategies




• Enhance CIMA+’s positioning with Defence and federal clients
• Engage in multidisciplinary project delivery aligned with your skills

Requirements:
• Skilled experience in Indigenous Relations or similar fields
• Solid relationship management and engagement abilities
• Knowledge of complex project environments and stakeholder needs
• Exceptional strategic and communication skills
• Experience with Indigenous consultation initiatives preferred
