Key Responsibilities:
• Promote uncompromised safety standards across operations
• Lead the crushing and milling operational teams
• Implement monitoring and corrective actions for performance




• Ensure compliance with Environmental and Safety regulations
• Facilitate training and development programs

Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in mill operations
• Degree in Engineering, preferably Metallurgical
• Proven record in leadership and organizational change
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
