Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and post job vacancies for healthcare professionals
• Manage the Physician Recruitment tracking system and database




• Support Nurse Practitioner recruitment through various administrative tasks
• Assist Recruiters with candidate interactions and interview arrangements
• Develop relationships with community healthcare partners

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Minimum three years in healthcare recruitment
• Ability to communicate effectively in all formats
• Team-oriented and capable of working independently
• Familiarity with collective agreements and regulations
