As a member of the senior management team, the Director of Housing Operations collaborates closely with the COO. You will be responsible for the administration of all operational policies, focusing on maintenance and quality services that enhance tenant satisfaction and safety. This includes managing staff and fostering partnerships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the strategic direction of affordable housing initiatives
• Ensure adherence to maintenance and safety protocols
• Facilitate effective tenant support and application processing




• Collaborate with senior management on policy development
• Lead training and career development for operational staff

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Property Management, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ related experience in senior roles
• Effective management skills in housing services
• Understanding of Indigenous culture and community challenges
• Proficiency in BC housing legislation and regulations
