We're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to work within our Special Care Services department. You will play a crucial role in assessing and planning comprehensive care for clients facing physical or mental health challenges. As a member of an interdisciplinary team, your collaborative efforts will help facilitate return-to-work programs and enhance the independence of severely injured workers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement healthcare services for injured workers
• Conduct onsite visits to review service provisions
• Support clinical discussions in team meetings
• Oversee complex health claims and return-to-work strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders on stay-at-work programs
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum six years of clinical experience
• Valid B.C. driver's license
• Ability to travel throughout the region
• Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals
