You will oversee personnel, operational procedures, and service delivery to clients while collaborating with various teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain expertise in PSIM platform and technologies
• Provide leadership and coaching to Operations Centre staff
• Develop and update operational procedures and training documentation




• Ensure consistent execution of response protocols
• Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:
• 5+ years of leadership experience in security operations
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven KPI management experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Post-secondary education in related field preferred
