About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Blockchain Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of their cutting-edge projects in Kimberley . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing blockchain initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of blockchain technology and delivering innovative solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle for blockchain initiatives, from conception to deployment.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate with development teams, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring smooth project progression.
Facilitate communication and provide regular status updates to all relevant parties.




Ensure adherence to blockchain development best practices and quality standards.
Requirements 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years specifically managing blockchain or crypto projects .
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts , and decentralized applications.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
