Under the Lead Supervisor's guidance, this Machinist role involves operating manual lathes and machining centers. Required skills include familiarity with Poreba and DSNG, interpreting engineering drawings, and maintaining machine cleanliness. You will perform turning, milling, boring, and minor maintenance duties to ensure optimal machine performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate manual lathes and machining centers
• Perform various machining functions like milling and threading
• Interpret engineering drawings for specifications




• Clean machines and perform minor maintenance
• Ensure product traceability including stamping control numbers

Requirements:
• Experience with CNC Lathes and/or Mills
• Trade certification preferred but not required
• Overhead Crane and Forklift Certificates are an asset
• Familiarity with Poreba and DSNG is preferred
• Ability to edit machine programs
