In this vital role, you’ll work closely with the accounts payable team to handle journal entries, banking reconciliations, and support year-end audits. Your expertise will ensure all financial statements maintain utmost accuracy, alongside managing fixed asset functions and performing detailed month-end analyses. You will drive process improvements by identifying financial challenges and collaborating cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process all journal entries for accuracy
• Maintain the journal entry log up to date
• Manage fixed asset accounting functions
• Perform monthly reconciliations of intercompany balances
• Support AP team in cash receipt postings
Requirements:
• College diploma in accounting or equivalent education
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles
• 10+ years of general accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills
