We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a self-starting, passionate, and enthusiastic Design Team Member to join our Toronto office. The successful candidate will have relevant architectural experience with Canadian low-rise, wood-frame construction. Robust proficiency with Revit and a working knowledge of AutoCAD is necessary for success in this role.

This position will be based in Toronto.
Salary is based on experience.

responsibilities Duties include:
Coordinating with a team in preparing plans, details & schedules.
Developing and documenting best practice construction details.
Reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with various stakeholders.
Reviewing and documenting BIM data.
Technical Skills:
Revit
A successful candidate will be an proficient Revit user with the ability to independently deliver Construction Documents within a BIM workflow.
2+ years of work experience with Revit
AutoCAD
While the majority of projects will be in Revit, a successful candidate must comfortable with using AutoCAD and completing CDs and Construction Administration activities in CAD.
1+ years of work experience with AutoCAD
Education:
College Diploma in Architectural Technology and/or Bachelor of Architecture (or equivalent).
