We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience. You will prepare estimates, read detailed drawings, and ensure layout compliance with building codes. Your responsibilities also include supervising a small team while coordinating work schedules across various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates of labour and material costs
• Read blueprints and sketches for task requirements
• Measure, cut, and assemble various materials
• Schedule and coordinate work effectively
• Supervise and guide 3-4 workers daily

Requirements:
• Completion of a construction-related program (1-2 years)
• 2 to less than 3 years of carpentry experience
• Certificates in First Aid and working at heights
• Ability to work in outdoor settings and at heights
• Robust attention to detail and teamwork skills
