Enhance stakeholder connections as the Volunteer Engagement Specialist at CREA in Ottawa. This role focuses on program delivery, relationship management, and administrative support to strengthen volunteer initiatives.

With a 12-month contract, the Specialist reports to the Director of Industry & Volunteer Engagement. Responsible for the Association Executive Network and Volunteer Program, you'll build stakeholder relationships and gather feedback for improvements. Your organizational skills and detail orientation will be critical in supporting senior stakeholders and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day engagement and program delivery
• Lead planning and execution of onboarding initiatives
• Gather stakeholder feedback for program enhancements




• Oversee meeting logistics and administrative tasks
• Keep stakeholder databases and platforms updated

Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree required
• Minimum three years in engagement or volunteer management
• Solid communication skills in English; French is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
