Working from home, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, managing carrier communications, and resolving logistical issues to ensure efficient and on-time delivery of goods. You will play a key role in optimizing logistics processes within a virtual team environment.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily shipment activities, including scheduling pickups and deliveries with carriers.
Track shipments in real-time and provide updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
Act as a primary point of contact for carriers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, transportation costs, and delivery performance.




Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and customs paperwork as needed.
