Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized program advising to undergraduate students
• Review academic transcripts to guide student decision-making
• Assist with administrative processes related to admissions and registration
• Implement strategies focused on student recruitment and retention
• Communicate effectively across multiple platforms with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Problem-solving skills within established guidelines
• Knowledge of University of Victoria's policies and systems
