The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing, masonry, and related trades, with a strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction processes. This role involves working on various projects including commercial, residential, and restoration sites, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards.DutiesFinish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve smooth, level, and durable resultsInstall rebar and formwork according to schematics and blueprints, ensuring structural integrityOperate heavy equipment safely for concrete placement and finishing tasksPerform masonry work, including caulking, flooring installation, and restoration projectsRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute project specifications accuratelyAssist with concrete forming, welding, carpentry,
