Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Pipe Stress Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will perform pipe stress analysis for process piping systems within modular facilities , ensuring designs meet applicable codes, client requirements, and project deliverables.



This position offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects in a fast-paced EPC setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including piping, mechanical, structural, and project engineering. Key Responsibilities Perform static and dynamic pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II or similar tools in accordance with ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, and other relevant codes Review and approve piping isometrics, support designs, and equipment nozzle loads Design and evaluate pipe support systems (spring hangers, anchors, expansion loops, etc.) Assess equipment nozzle loads against vendor limits and coordinate solutions with mechanical teams Provide technical guidance to piping designers to ensure stress-compliant system layouts Collaborate with structural teams on support attachment and load
