Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting functions for a portfolio of properties, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, journal entries, HST Remittances, and general ledger maintenanceEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controlsPrepare various accounting reports and analyses as requestedLiaise with internal team to ensure accurate tracking of rents, expenses, and capital improvementsPrepare Tenant CAM ReconciliationsLead year-end audit preparation and coordinate with external auditorsConsolidation of Joint Ventures for financial reportingReconciliation of intercompany accountsOversee budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysisOther accounting tasks as requiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,
