In-home caregiver – private home – ElBa… family

NOC Job Code/Title: 44100 - Home child care provider

Terms of employment: This job is for a full-time position (between 30 and 40 hours per week). Adaptable / Split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job start is January 29, 2027.

Language requirement: French or English.

Salary: Wage offered is between $17 and $21.00 per hour.

Location: ElBa… lives in Westmount, Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood, school and parks are nearby. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by. The major intersection is Décarie Boul. and Côte St-Luc rd.

Duties may include:

- This job is to help with the care of two children aged 14 and 10 years old.
- Supervision of children when parents are not at home, and take the child to and from appointments




- Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- General housework that will include doing, laundry and some ironing.
- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment

Qualifications:

- Must have completed at minimum Canadian equivalent of secondary school education
- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver or equivalent training
- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, and able to manage the job without supervision
