The Manual Tester will be responsible for validating software quality through comprehensive manual testing across multiple testing levels and methodologies. The role requires solid Oracle Database and SQL experience, a solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes, and the ability to create and execute detailed test cases, identify defects, analyze results, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute detailed test cases based on functional and business requirements.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

Validate application functionality and identify defects through structured manual testing.

Analyze test results and apply strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate testing results, defects, and quality concerns.

Utilize Oracle Database and SQL for data validation and testing activities.





Follow established SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.

Document and track defects using Jira, ALM, or similar defect tracking tools.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Manual Software Testing / QA.

Strong experience with Oracle Database and SQL.

Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.

Experience creating and executing detailed test cases.

Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar tools.
