Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver diverse consulting engagements
• Conduct thorough research and facilitate community engagement
• Provide strategic analysis for business development




• Create high-quality reports and presentations
• Lead and mentor junior team members throughout projects

Requirements:
• 4-5 years of relevant consulting experience
• Background in working with Indigenous organizations preferred
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
• Robust skills in project management and communication
• Additional qualifications like CMC or PMP viewed positively
