As the Associate Director of Care, you will play a vital role in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring that high-quality care is delivered. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, supervise nursing staff, and engage in compliance management while embracing a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance to nursing staff for resident care
• Develop and implement individualized resident care plans
• Evaluate care quality and enhance resident outcomes
• Supervise nursing professionals and facilitate team growth
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum 2 years of infection control experience
• At least 1 year in Long Term Care nursing
• 2-3 years in a supervisory health position
• Registered with the College of Nurses
