The Journeyman HVAC Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related comfort systems while delivering exceptional customer service. This role also requires the ability and willingness to perform residential plumbing service work as business needs require.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, humidifiers, air quality products, and related HVAC systems.

Complete accurate system diagnostics and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options.

Perform equipment start-ups and verify proper system operation.





Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and applicable codes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Alberta Journeyman Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Mechanic, Gasfitter or Sheetmetal Certificate (Required)

Residential HVAC service experience preferred.

Residential plumbing experience or willingness to perform plumbing service work.

Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.

Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software is considered an asset.
