As a member of the Adult Mental Health team, you'll focus on providing tailored services to clients facing substance misuse and mental illness. Responsibilities include clinical assessments, educational support, and maintaining cooperative relationships with community resources. Engage in interdisciplinary research activities that drive program quality and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical impressions and support for therapy sessions
• Maintain effective client communications and relationships
• Participate actively in team evaluations and planning
• Assist in the development of educational resources
• Collaborate with community resources for comprehensive care
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant Behavioral Health field
• Minimum three years’ experience with adult populations
• BC Driver’s License mandatory
• Solid background in psychotherapeutic techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to situations
