Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in overseeing technician activities and inspiring the team

Requirements:
• College diploma or certification required
• Five years of relevant HVAC or property management experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of building systems and compliance regulations
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to be on-call
