The position mandates oversight of event management and contract compliance, while engaging with city stakeholders for effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise uniformed security guard services and third-party contractors
• Manage day-to-day operations, incident response, reporting, and audits




• Develop service level standards and standard operating procedures
• Analyze performance data for process improvement
• Liaise with community stakeholders and city staff

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Experience in project management and critical incident response
• Proficient with security technologies and incident management software
• Solid relationship-building and communication skills
• Valid Ontario G class driver’s license
