Become a pivotal part of Doman Building Materials Group as a Warehouse Supervisor located in Sudbury, Ontario. Lead warehouse operations and ensure safety and efficiency every day.

In this permanent, full time role, you will direct warehouse operations, including order picking and shipping, while reporting directly to the Branch Supervisor. Your focus will be on achieving top-notch customer service levels and ensuring compliance with both internal and external safety standards. You will coordinate staffing levels, manage resources, and supervise warehouse employees to maintain productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee efficient product flow and transportation
• Guarantee order accuracy and timely shipping processes




• Create staff schedules and oversee performance management
• Investigate customer complaints effectively
• Implement safety protocols and maintain warehouse organization

Requirements:
• Three years’ supervisory experience in a warehouse
• Solid background in health and safety regulations
• Strong team building and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• High school diploma or GED; additional education preferred
