This role encompasses the sourcing of injection molds, EOA tooling, and fixtures while ensuring adherence to program timing and cost targets. With a solid emphasis on lifecycle management, candidates should possess a minimum of three years' experience in a Tier-1 automotive setting and mastery of tooling engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead tooling sourcing and supplier negotiations
• Review technical designs and validate cost breakdowns
• Manage risk assessments and corrective actions
• Track supplier performance and compliance
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration for project success

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• At least 3 years in tooling sourcing or procurement
• Familiarity with injection molding processes
• Knowledge of GD&T; and tooling standards
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
