Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and finish wall, floor, and roof structures
• Interpret blueprints for project layouts
• Measure, cut, and frame residential lumber
• Install exterior windows and doors
• Conduct interior fitting work and maintain safety standards

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of residential framing experience
• Journeyman Carpenter certification preferred
• Proficiency in building codes and tool operation
