About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager with a specialization in Supply Chain to lead their logistics and procurement operations. This critical role is responsible for optimizing the entire supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished goods. You will manage a dedicated team, implement strategic improvements, and ensure the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of all supply chain activities. This position requires a deep understanding of logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations within a complex operational environment. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership skills and a proven ability to drive operational excellence in supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure optimal performance and negotiate favorable terms.
Lead and mentor the supply chain operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.




Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain, identifying areas for enhancement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies within the supply chain operations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain and operations management.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains and driving significant cost savings.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, logistics, and global trade regulations.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience with supply chain planning and optimization software.
