Requirements:
• 3+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments
• 1+ year in Identity and Access Management
• Proficient in Active Directory, SSO troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Strong communication skills, especially in ITIL v4
