As a key member of the Aquatics team, you'll engage with community members while upholding safety standards at the YMCA. Key Responsibilities:
• Actively supervise swimmers to ensure safety
• Educate public and participants about water safety
• Conduct regular inspections of pool areas and equipment




• Respond promptly to emergencies and accidents
• Deliver swim instruction as per established standards
Requirements:
• Current National Lifeguard Certification required
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Standard First Aid and CPR-C with AED certification
• Swim Instructor certification for instructional duties
• Successful completion of Criminal Record Check
