Our transportation client is seeking a AI Adoption & Enablement Coordinator (3-6+ years) to support Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption initiatives using Microsoft 365 and stakeholder engagement

Join a transportation organization supporting enterprise-wide AI adoption and enablement initiatives. This role supports the execution of Microsoft Copilot adoption activities through communications, training coordination, user engagement, and stakeholder support across business and technology teams. The position focuses on driving user engagement, learning, and value realization activities rather than technical implementation or solution development.

Must Haves

- Technology adoption and change management initiatives supporting employee enablement
- Training programs , workshops, or communities of practice coordination
- Stakeholder engagement and communications within business and technology teams
- Project coordination / organizational skills
- Manages multiple priorities, works independently

Nice to Have

- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Viva technologies
- Knowledge of AI adoption and organizational change management practices
- Experience developing communications campaigns and engagement materials
- Familiarity with reporting, analytics, and adoption metrics
- Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

- Support the AI Enablement Principal in executing Copilot and AI adoption activities
- Coordinate the Copilot Champion Network
- Deliver training sessions, office hours, and awareness events
- Develop communications and awareness campaigns
- Collect and document business use cases and success stories
- Support stakeholder engagement across business units
- Produce adoption, engagement, and value realization reporting
