Project CoordinatorTomlinson Infrastructure is currently seeking a Project Coordinator. This position reports to the Project Manager, while also remaining accountable to the Construction Manager. The Project Coordinator assists in all aspects of the project: scheduling, submissions, customer relations, contract management, change management, project controls, quality control and safety. The incumbent supports Superintendents and Foremen with coordination of field activities, such as ensuring as-built information is captured and submitted.Location: Ottawa, ONVacancy Type: ReplacementDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and submit required project plans and submissionsProduce traffic management plans, tracking completed work and extrasAssist with preparation of contract schedules and tracking of daily productionsReceive and process construction drawings, construction documents and shop drawingsCompile monthly
