Reporting to the Manager - Supply Chain, the Superintendent - Contracts will manage all aspects of contract management at the Blackwater Mine. This role focuses on pre-contract tasks like sourcing and post-execution activities to ensure successful project delivery. You’ll work closely with mine managers and engineers, enhancing operational efficiency through effective contract oversight.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage contracts for equipment and maintenance services • Coordinate with mine staff to align contract and production objectives • Mitigate risks in contract performance and supply chains • Maintain comprehensive documentation for contracts and compliance • Monitor expenses to meet project budgets

Requirements: • 5-7 years in contract management, 3 years in mining • Familiarity with mining-specific contract terms • Understanding of Canadian mining regulations • Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant field • Excellent communication and adaptability skills
