The opportunity

We are hiring Team Member Leads for participating Tim Hortons restaurants in Kelowna. This position is a development step above Team Member and below Supervisor. You will help train and support employees, organize routine floor execution and maintain strong product, service and restaurant standards under the direction of the Supervisor or manager on duty.

What you will do

- Support floor positioning, workstation coverage and rush readiness.
- Welcome, train and coach recent Team Members.
- Help ensure product quality, order accuracy, speed, cleanliness and food-safety standards.
- Provide routine operational direction and help Team Members complete assigned work.

What we are looking for

- Previous restaurant, retail, food-service or customer-service experience is preferred but not required for every candidate.
- Availability that meets the needs of the posted restaurant and shift.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
