In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity and direction of research efforts. You will design study protocols, provide scientific guidance, and enhance client experience. This includes acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external sponsors to ensure smooth project execution and uphold quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop study designs and manage project execution effectively • Consult with clients to ensure research alignment and success • Enhance procedural and costing efficiency for projects • Maintain communication throughout the study lifecycle • Lead quality assurance and compliance initiatives

Requirements: • Veterinary or science degree; advanced degrees are a plus • 3-5 years in research management within a scientific environment • Solid experience in animal research and diagnostic services • Robust organizational skills and attention to detail • Effective communicator with diverse teams and stakeholders
