Your expertise will shape compensation frameworks that motivate revenue generation and align with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement compensation strategies and frameworks
• Design base salary and variable incentive programs
• Prepare compensation updates for Board and HR Committees
• Collaborate to drive solutions for major business changes
• Manage year-end variable compensation analytics
Requirements:
• 7+ years in Compensation or Finance, ideally in Capital Markets
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce or similar
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to meet high standards consistently
