In this role, you'll serve as a financial partner to various departments, particularly within Manufacturing Finance and Supply Chain. You will be responsible for conducting variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure actions align with business goals. Your contributions will help shape key performance indicators and dashboards for better clarity and effective decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely financial support to Manufacturing Finance and Supply Chain teams
• Conduct month-end variance analysis and operational reviews




• Analyze Inventory performance and identify inefficiencies
• Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) process
• Develop and improve financial forecasting models

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing Finance or Supply Chain Finance
• 3 years of FP&A;/Accounting experience with financial principles
• Undergraduate degree in relevant fields
• Advanced Excel and KPI dashboard skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities with financial statements
