Drive financial excellence at Hawk’s Agro as a Financial Controller. This leadership role focuses on financial reporting, accounting controls, and strategic financial insights in Saskatchewan’s agricultural sector.

As a hands-on Financial Controller within Hawk’s Agro and the AgAlliance network, you will partner with the Chief Accounting Officer and operational teams. Your contributions will enhance financial systems and improve operational efficiencies. Additionally, you’ll oversee month-end processes and ensure the integrity of financial records across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly and yearly accounting close processes
• Ensure general ledger accuracy and integrity




• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital
• Provide oversight of accounts receivable and payable
• Strengthen inventory controls and reconciliation processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum five years of accounting experience
• Prior Controller experience highly preferred
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting and processes
• Excellent Excel and ERP skills
