In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with founders to oversee financial operations essential for a rapid-growing company. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the entire accounts payable cycle, tracking customer invoices, and conducting budget variance analyses. You’ll produce board slides and streamline finance processes using AI tools and scripting for enhanced efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the complete accounts payable cycle from vendor onboarding to payment runs
• Issue and manage customer invoices along with collections
• Monitor budget vs.



actuals and maintain monthly financial tracking
• Prepare financial materials for board meetings and investor updates
• Automate finance operations through AI tools and scripts

Requirements:
• 3–4 years in finance or accounting roles
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• CPA or CFA Level I (preferred)
