The Role We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Corporate team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This role is responsible for managing the delivery of projects across P&H; divisions. The selected candidate will oversee project prioritization, resourcing, and delivery of enterprise projects, while ensuring project road maps, budgets, governance, and stakeholder updates are aligned with business objectives.
Day to Day Collaborate with the Executive Team to determine projects and key performance indicators
Support overall project prioritization and develop short and long-term project road maps based on business needs
Manage multiple projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
Create project charters and business cases to support project planning and informed decision-making
Develop and support organizational change management plans for enterprise projects
Track and report project budgets, including spend updates and budget requirements
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for projects
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine project resourcing requirements
Chair project steering committees and provide quarterly updates to the Executive Team
Set overall PMO governance, policies, standards, and standard operating procedures for project management across P&H;
Assign tasks and deadlines to meet project deliverables while mentoring team members and supporting performance management
Manage the PMO operating budget and support team administration, including leave requests and salary review processes
Other related duties as required
What You’ll Bring Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
A valid PMP certification or working toward one is desired
A valid Organization Change Management certification or working toward one is desired
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects - ideally in an agriculture or manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, business analysis, and functional requirements gathering
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Solid understanding of change management principles and practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders, including VPs and C-suite leaders
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools and software
Willingness and ability to travel to other P&H; offices within Canada as required
