In this position, you will enhance ICBC's Claims system by performing comprehensive analysis and documentation. You will play a crucial role in testing and implementing solutions, requiring robust communication and analytical capabilities. Additionally, previous experience with Claims applications will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
• Analyze interdependencies for system changes
• Create and maintain documentation for operational needs
• Facilitate meetings to capture stakeholder requirements
• Collaborate with teams on testing and implementations

Requirements:
• Strong skills in problem-solving and analysis
• Experience with Claims systems like Guidewire
• Familiarity with ITSM and operational processes
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies welcomed
