Transform the luxury retail experience as a Repair & Maintenance Manager at Chanel, located in Vancouver. Oversee repair processes, vendor negotiations, and environmental sustainability efforts.

This full-time role, reporting to the Design Manager, requires a proactive approach to collect maintenance needs through inspections and user reports. You will build relationships with trusted vendors, manage competitive bidding, and develop preventative maintenance programs that prioritize corporate responsibility. This is a six-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect repair requirements through field inspections and reports
• Schedule work with general contractors and skilled tradespeople
• Negotiate with vendors for optimal pricing and recent relationships




• Develop a preventative maintenance program with sustainability focus
• Conduct analyses to project and schedule maintenance work

Requirements:
• Strong background in design or architecture
• Experience managing budgets, quotes, and purchase orders
• Understanding of building codes and furniture finishes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
• Ability to travel in Canada; bilingual (French) a plus
