About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Athletic Trainer to join their esteemed sports medicine clinic, operating on a remote-first model. This crucial role involves overseeing the provision of athletic training services, developing injury prevention programs, and providing rehabilitation support to athletes across various disciplines. You will lead a team of athletic trainers, ensure adherence to best practices in sports medicine, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to optimize athlete health and performance. Key Responsibilities Provide expert athletic training services, including injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for athletes.
Develop and implement comprehensive injury prevention and management programs tailored to specific sports and athlete needs.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of athletic trainers, ensuring high standards of care and professional development.
Collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapists, and coaches to create integrated care plans for athletes.




Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Stay abreast of the latest research, techniques, and technologies in athletic training and sports medicine.
Requirements Master's degree in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), with significant experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Current ATC certification and state licensure (where applicable).
Extensive knowledge of sports injuries, rehabilitation principles, and evidence-based practice.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
