A day in the life Lead daily store operations with a strong focus on inventory replenishment and merchandising
Supervise and motivate retail teams to meet productivity and performance targets
Maintain high standards of visual presentation and stock availability
Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment




Support operational execution to help drive overall business growth
You bring Bring a minimum of 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Demonstrate strong merchandising and inventory management expertise
Maintain flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
Handle physically demanding work on a consistent basis
Pass a clean criminal background check
