Covenant House is hiring an IT Specialist to lead SharePoint operations, ensuring a robust Microsoft 365 environment tailored for supporting youth services. Make a lasting impact through technology.

In this senior role, you will assume ownership of the SharePoint project at Covenant House. Your focus will be on configuring department sites, managing user training, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards. You will also provide general IT support and enhance operational efficiencies within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete SharePoint project lifecycle
• Engage and coordinate with diverse stakeholders for site setup
• Administer user accounts and provide technical support
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data policies




• Assist with system deployments and infrastructure monitoring

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• At least 6 years in IT, including 3+ years in SharePoint
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and data governance practices
• Solid analytical skills and ability to collaborate across cultures
• Relevant certifications like Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer preferred
