ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
SALARY: $45.20 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30-35 hours/Week
WORK SETTING: Warehouse
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the daily warehouse operations for computers, computer components, peripherals, accessories and other related products, ensuring products move efficiently from receiving through final shipment.
Manage the receiving and put-away of incoming products, ensuring quantities, product specifications and shipment records are verified and items are stored in their designated locations.
Oversee inventory management activities and maintain accurate stock records, including monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular counts and resolving discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Coordinate the processing of customer and business orders, including product picking, order verification, packing, staging and shipment, while ensuring orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
Organize warehouse workflows,



staffing requirements and daily priorities according to incoming shipments, order volumes, inventory requirements and overall business demands.
Work closely with purchasing, sales, suppliers, courier and transportation providers, and other departments to coordinate product availability, incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments.
Monitor warehouse performance, operating costs, inventory accuracy and order fulfillment, prepare operational reports, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce errors and optimize the use of warehouse space and resources.
Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate warehouse personnel, establish work expectations, ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures, and provide leadership in maintaining an efficient and professional warehouse operation.
SKILLED SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Completion of Secondary School is required.
College degree or diploma in related field is an asset.
2 years to less than 3 years of experience is in the position or related position
Ability to supervise 5-10 people
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment
Fluent in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, flexible, good time management, organizational, good team work and Interpersonal Skills.
