HIRING EXPERIENCED ELECTROMECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS
FOR ALL SHIFTS (DAY, AFT, NIGHT)
G&W; Electric Canada is growing and looking to fill 70 Assembly positions!

Join a growing company offering job security (everyone needs power), high pay with bonus opportunities .

Starting Wage: $25.00/hour + Quarterly Bonus + Shift Premiums (Earn up to $35+/h including quarterly bonus)

Afternoon shift premium = $1.00/h

Night shift premium = $2.00/h

Have a MINIMUM of 5 years of electromechanical assembly experience with blueprint reading experience

Be able to lift 50 lbs frequently on a daily basis

Be able to utilize drills and tools that weigh 20+ lbs

Be available to interview on Saturday, September 12, 2026 between 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM

In this job you will be responsible for assembling together parts, according to drawings and procedures, with a variety of hand/power tools and fasteners.

As an Assembler you will:

Perform a variety of subassembly and final assembly operations of products that are of variable shapes and sizes

Follow specified/established methods and procedures required to make designated assemblies involving the use of hand and power tools and test equipment

Ensure job meets all requirements before leaving work center

Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results

Contribute to team effort by training others in performance of basic assembly tasks, as needed

Inspect all work prior to passing it on to the next operation

Document actions by completing production and quality forms

We are looking for someone who:

Has a minimum of five (5) years working experience in an assembler position

Is able to safely use small hand and power tools





Has previous experience in industrial/manufacturing settings

Has demonstrated working knowledge of blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and bill of materials

Has demonstrated ability of use of small hand and power tools

Has basic computer skills

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

Lifting Demands

Lift up to 40 lbs. on an frequent basis floor to waist

Lift up to 40 lbs. on an occasional basis floor to chest

Carry up to 40 lbs. on an occasional basis up to 25 feet

Push/pull up to 100 lbs on an occasional basis

Postural Demands

Lifting – continuous

Griping, manipulation, fingering – frequent to continuous

Variable hand/power tool use – frequent

Two-person lifting tasks using assistive devices for lifting, pulling and pushing including hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts and hoists
