Wajax is seeking a proactive candidate for Business Systems front line support. With 1-2 years of experience in user support and knowledge of ERP Systems, your role will encompass evaluating requests and solutions for Business Systems applications, including Infor M3 ERP. You will be instrumental in preparing user communications, maintaining knowledgebase documents, and providing support that aligns with established SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to business system support requests
• Evaluate and prioritize solutions for user inquiries




• Collaborate and escalate with IS team as necessary
• Create training materials for end-users and IS
• Provide after-hours support on a rotational basis

Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree in IT
• 1-2 years user support experience
• Bilingual in English and French recommended
• Solid knowledge of ERP and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
